**Position: Ecommerce Specialist**
Location - London

**What you can expect**
- Assist with new product launches
- Continuous customer, competitor & market research, to generate eCommerce ideas-Wireframing new ecommerce opportunities
- General eCommerce management
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting on success and learning
- Work with our content writers on creating and launching blogs
- Work with CRO to leverage lean experimentation techniques to de-risk opportunities through experimentation
- Work closely with CRM on retention and loyalty flows
- Constantly look for opportunities for additional revenue sources and on-site KPI improvements
**What You’ll Need**
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to
- Be able to prioritise ruthlessly between short-term wins and longer-term strategy
- Technical knowledge, so that they able to efficiently communicate with developers
- Commercially driven, so they can comfortably prioritise projects that are of the highest value for the business
- Curious and keen to learn
**Nice to haves**
- Previous DTC experience
- Experience of using Shopify
- Amazon Experience
