Description
- Manage and reduce operational risks within the company.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and contingency plans.
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify potential risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and produce reports for senior management.
- Train staff on risk management and safety practices once you are established
- Oversee insurance programmes and claims management.
- Keep updated with new laws and regulations within the FMCG industry.
Profile
A successful Risk Administrator / Practitioner should have:
- Possible Graduate background: A degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exposure to Risk Management and Brokering Insurance sectors (beneficial)
- Proficiency in risk management software and tools. i.e LogicGate, Power BI
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
