Regulatory Compliance Programme Manage – Global Tech Location ; London HybridContract ; 12 monthsSalary ; £80k - £87k paWe’re looking for someone hands-on, proactive, and strong at collaboration and communication. In this role, you’ll help build and improve regulatory compliance programmes in regions introducing new home-sharing rules. You’ll work closely with teams across the business and present updates to senior leaders. Your work will support the home-sharing movement and strengthen trust with partners and regulators worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and run scalable compliance programmes, and report results to teams across Cities, Policy, Legal, and regional functions.Act as the main point of contact for your assigned regions, keeping projects on track, managing stakeholders, and maintaining clear documentation.Identify ways to reduce risk across different areas, and work with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Policy, and Legal to agree on plans and deliver measurable outcomes.Review and test products with strong attention to detail while keeping a global perspective.Support wider operational projects to improve efficiency and overall performance.Skills & Experience8+ years’ experience in operations, management consulting, or project management within a fast-paced or ambiguous environment.A practical, action-focused approach with the ability to shift priorities quickly when needed.Proven ability to work within a matrix organisation and build strong relationships across product, engineering, data science, and policy teams.Strong analytical skills, including using data to understand issues and make informed decisions. SQL knowledge is a bonus.Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategic thinking.Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.Clear, confident written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills.Curious, open-minded, and comfortable working in uncertain or fast-changing environments.
