Studio Assistant

Salary: £25-30k depending on experience

Location: Waterloo

Hours: Monday - Friday, this role will be full time office based

Our client is a leading architecture studio are looking for an enthusiastic Studio Assistant to join their dynamic team. With a friendly atmosphere our client offers a great studio environment to work in.

You will work closely with the Studio Manager to provide a wide range of studio support, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients, visitors and providing refreshments when necessary.
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing the organisation's front desk and general office, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy
  • Assisting with administrative tasks
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, maintaining an organised schedule, and supporting with IT set up.
  • Supporting the Studio Manager with social events and office trips
  • Any other duties as and when needed

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Some prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role would be beneficial.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word/Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of InDesign is beneficial
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, able to prioritise your own workload
