Ackerman Pierce is currently supporting a leading local authority within Southend to recruit for an Advanced Practitioner for the Fostering Recruitment Team on a permanent basis paying £46,142-£52,413 P/Annum.Our client has a well-structured and organised team that are looking to grow their staffing levels. The role offers flexible working hours and has a supportive team culture with regular supervision on cases. Southend is embedding a systemic approach and is currently undergoing several changes focussed on reducing caseloads and improving outcomes for families.
