They are able to partner with hospital management teams to drive complex transformational change implement innovative growth strategies streamline patient-focused care pathways and run and optimize operations. Were looking for an experienced Operational Enablement Lead to manage a cross-functional SME group across supply chain operations and clinical areas. Youll lead two key parts of our managed service model: service activations and installed base optimization working closely with various teams to design and implement smooth operational flows. Beyond activations youll drive ongoing improvements by standardizing processes maintaining data integrity and embedding continuous improvement to boost efficiency and delivery across our services. This is remote role but based in United Kingdom with willingness to travel within EMEA (around 50%).Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Lead seamless service activations by designing logistics supply chain flows clinical alignment and managing inventory processes (loan kits par levels cycle counts)Oversee system configuration and validation including Ingenica and SAP setups to ensure operational readinessDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence by standardizing processes and enhancing installed base management across sitesManage inventory accuracy and SME capability development to support evolving service needsEstablish and monitor performance metrics dashboards and KPIs focused on activation readiness and operational efficiencyChampion Lean Six Sigma and problem-solving methodologies driving root cause analysis corrective actions and regulatory complianceLead cost optimization digital tool adoption governance change management and knowledge sharing to enhance scalability and reduce operational riskRequired Knowledge and Experience:Proven leadership in operational performance supply chain or healthcare operations with experience managing complex healthcare supply chain projectsStrong understanding of logistics clinical workflows and ERP systems preferably SAP and IngenicaTrack record of successfully delivering service transitions and activations in complex environmentsSkilled in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies with an analytical mindset to drive data-informed decisionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills able to engage effectively from clinical teams to senior executivesStrategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills able to translate vision into actionable plans and manage competing prioritiesIn-depth knowledge of healthcare industry challenges regulations and experience working within multi-national teams; fluent in English with additional languages (Dutch Danish French German) preferredPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
