Based in the heart of bustling Lawley our stunning new 66bedded Nursing home for older adults offers unrivalled modern facilities including salon tranquil lounge and garden rooms cinema and tea room.

Through an inspiring Activities programme and strong links with the local community we encourage our residents to forge relationships and friendships that will create a thriving home environment.

Please note there will be some weekend shifts as part of that working week to be discussed with manager.

As a Clinical Lead at Telford Hall your role will involve:

  • To take the lead in ensuring outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times.
  • Offer supervision support and training to Nurse and Care Assistant colleagues whilst at the same time ensuring at all times a safe caring stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors.
  • Applicants should be dedicated proactive and trustworthy RGN’s or RMN’s with proven supervisory experience and either experience of or a keen interest in working in a nursing home environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others.
  • Qualified Nurse with NMC registration.

What are we looking for

  • Applicants should be dedicated proactive and trustworthy RGN’s or RMN’s with proven supervisory experience and either experience of or a keen interest in working in a nursing home environment

  • Must be a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin
