Reporting to the People Policy and Organisational Compliance Manager, in this post you will develop, implement, and monitor HRUCs people policies, processes, and compliance framework across HRUC. You will ensure that HRUCs People policies and practices fully adhere to education legislation and compliance regulations and best practices. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop, review and update HRUCs policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance Implementing processes to monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, i.e. safeguarding, data protection, and equality laws risk Producing reports on compliance status for senior management, identifying key trends, risks, and areas requiring improvement Being first point of contact for compliance, policy, and complaints-related queries from staff, and senior management, and external bodies We are seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual who can demonstrate the following: At least 3 years experience in a compliance/regulatory related role Track record of implementing a compliance framework and monitoring progress and communicating to internal stakeholders. The ability to understand, communicate, and implement regulations, policies, and guidance. Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, Equality and Diversity laws Methodical and thorough approach to work and strong attention to detail Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
