Reed Further Education are working with an education provider in Buckingham who are embarking on a project that requires a dedicated temporary administrator to provide essential administrative support. This role is pivotal in ensuring the project’s success through effective content management, document preparation and meeting coordination.
Job Title: Administrator
Position: Full-Time - 35 hours a week
Role type: Temporary until Nov 2024
Location: Buckingham
Rate: £13.00p/h including holiday pay
Day-to-day of the role:
- Inputting and formatting content into Microsoft Word documents with a keen eye for accuracy, consistency and professionalism.
- Organising and attending virtual or in-person meetings to take detailed notes and prepare comprehensive summaries.
- Compiling and organising information from various sources to support the project’s objectives.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks as they arise, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Managing communications with external contributors, ensuring clear and effective liaison.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in content management, particularly with Microsoft Word.
- Experience in meeting support, including note-taking and information collation.
- Ability to handle a diverse range of administrative tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
- Strong communication skills for effective internal team collaboration and external contributor management.
- Minimum qualification of level 2 (GCSE C/4) in English and Maths
