We are seeking a Financial Planner who excels in providing high-quality, goal-based financial planning to take over a portfolio of clients generating £80 Million AUM. The right person for this job will enjoy mentoring and developing junior Advisors and have a passion for improving client service.
Basic Salary is up to £100,000 and Benefits:

- Deliver high-quality advice on goal-based planning, retirement, legacy planning, and protection, providing ongoing service to clients.

- Lead a small group of advisers, providing supervision, coaching, and oversight.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Currently working as a Financial Planner, ideally Chartered (or close to), with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Possesses relevant knowledge of investments, ISAs, bonds, pensions, and protection.
- Proven leadership experience within the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of delivering high-quality financial advice to new and existing clients.
