We have a very exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of new business/business development sales experience.

We are a Digital Recruitment Agency and this person will be working within our Client Engagement team to expand our account portfolio by successfully opening up new business partnerships.

No recruitment experience required - just a solid background of business development, however industries like tech sales are advantageous.

Responsiblities:

  • You will think outside of the box to attract, approach and win new clients - we want to disrupt the recruitment space and encourage you to get creative on how we do this
  • You will collaborate with your team and the wider business, brainstorming and sharing ideas on how to attract and approach new clients within digital commerce, as well as executing these ideas which is the vital part of what you do.
  • You will continuously improve and drive sales activity and process.
  • You will use a medium of different sales approaches and techniques to identify and nurture business partnerships, utilising marketing, events and meet-ups, as well as, your own cold/warm outreach. All supported by the candidate delivery team, you will work in unison.

Whilst you may be new to recruitment and our field, you will be representing a company that is a well-known name within the Digital Commerce space. We have 10 years’ worth of credibility, and a reputation of reliable expertise for you to lean on and be successful.
