**Business Development Manager**

As the Business Development Manager, your primary goal is to drive NFI by identifying, opening and developing new market opportunities in a proactive sales environment.

You will be joining a major rail recruitment agency who are a direct supplier to National Rail, along with a team of Experienced Consultants and a dedicated Delivery team to service the clients you bring on.

We have a great history of career development with the team, and with this buoyant market you will not only be able to bring on new business but have the opportunity to maximise the opportunities with existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Win new business via marketing calls, client visits, company presentations and networking at client-related events
- Understand our client's goals, opportunities, challenges and pains.
- Work collaboratively with the client to come up with strategic solutions to drive business.
- Work cross functionally within the company and communicate to all stakeholders.
- Gain a deep understanding of the customer's business and partner in their ongoing success.
- Expand our footprint in the client beyond current contacts and business areas.
- Maintain internal CRM

- Ability to influence the opinions of decision makers (both customers & applicants).
