We have a great opportunity for an experienced CRM Analyst / CRM Manager,with knowledge and experience of Peppermint / MS Dynamics, to join a leading City law firm on a 12 month FTC.

Working collaboratively with the Head of Digital Marketing, Co-CMOs and other key stakeholders, the CRM Manager will supervise the implementation, maintenance and best practice use of the firms CRM system, as well as optimising the use of LI Sales Navigator licences to maintain data quality in the CRM.

This is a hand-on role where you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring data quality as well as analysing and resolving CRM program issues.
