Healthcare Change Manager

The opportunity
In our Healthcare Change Manager role, you’ll be working collaboratively with NHS customers and healthcare organisations to design and deliver impactful change. We work in partnership with NHS leaders and teams to deliver sustainable transformation and improvement. As a healthcare change manager, you will bring your clinical insights and experience to influence strategy, develop innovative solutions, and lead service transformation with a focus on improving outcomes for patients, communities and teams.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the healthcare system - clinicians, managers, patients and the public - to develop solutions, deliver change, and drive measurable improvements in outcomes. Whether working independently or within one of our teams, your work will help shape the future of healthcare delivery.

What your days may look like
You will have the opportunity to:

About you
You are a healthcare professional - doctor, nurse, or allied health practitioner - with extensive experience working within healthcare. You are ready to bring your clinical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for improvement to healthcare transformation.
Key qualities include:
- clinical expertise combined with a strong understanding of the NHS landscape, policy, and challenges
- proven ability to work on strategy, change, and transformation projects in complex healthcare settings
- strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, service users, and NHS partners
- a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret information and use it to support decision-making and improvement initiatives
- a proactive approach to navigating ambiguity, delivering results, and fostering collaborative relationships
