The Role: As the Surveyor you will be responsible for overseeing the companies Damp and Mould programme whilst conforming to all policies, regulatory codes, procedures, appropriate legislation's and key performance indicators. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of Operatives and ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to. Your Responsibilities: - Audit and sign off all of the Damp and Mould works. - Liaising with the Damp and Mould Planner and Supervisor to manage sub-contractors and other internal teams to help deliver the responsive Damp and Mould maintenance services. - Be a point of contact for customers either on the phone or in person. - Review and produce (when relevant) new procedures for the new Damp and Mould Programme.
