There are hardly any industries left that are mainly paper based, but the specialty insurance market is one. Together with partners at Google and UCL we developed Ki and created a platform that helps insurance brokers place risk in a fast and frictionless way. We`re continuing to lead the charge on the digitisation of this market and we need more excellent minds to work with us to realise this goal and create more opportunities.

Purpose of the Role

In this role you would take on the secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Directors providing diary management, effective internal communication and overall secretarial support. Your goal will be to help the CFO and Commercial Director be more efficient and effective in their role, by taking care of administrative tasks and allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives. You will also provide diary support to the Actuarial Director and Finance Director, as well as ad-hoc support wider team where required.

You will form part of the Assistant team, working to optimise procedures within the wider Ki function. Working closely with the Executive Directors you will work on diary and inbox management, ensuring daily communication on diary bookings to directors and managing appropriate time allocations for meetings. You will also work to prepare and distribute meeting notes, minutes and reports to a high standard within required timelines.

Previous work as a Personal Assistant within financial services or insurance would be highly desirable, but overall, we are seeking a proactive, ambitious and assertive individual eager to make an impact in their role. If this sounds like you, we`d love to hear from you.
