We are currently working on behalf of a well-established Construction Company seeking an experienced Administrator based in their Romford Office. In this role, you will collaborate with a small team of Administrators.Please note this is a PAYE permanent role.Role Details: * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm * Basic Salary: £25,000 p/aKey Responsibilities: 1. Job Scheduling: * Efficiently book and plan jobs for construction contractors 2. General Administration: * Upload data onto the company system. * Handle filing and scanning tasks. 3. Communication: * Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly. * Liaise with clients to ensure they are informed about updates. 4. Social Housing Interaction: * Deal with social housing tenants professionally and courteously.Requirements: * Experience: A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar sector (Construction or Housing) * Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Clean DBS: A clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) record.Interviews are being held this week and next week for a view with an immediate start date.
