They are comfortably turning over circa £20m and looking to gradually increase this overtime. They undertake a wide range of projects across, residential, commercial, education and cultural/heritage sectors. Repairs & Maintenance Administrator Overview:

  • Our client are seeking a Repairs & Maintenance Administrator to join thier friendly team
  • You will be based in their Romford office
  • You will be working in a team of four administrators who all work together and help each other in a friendly, non competitive environment
  • Work ranges from a tap washer to c. £2k repairs
  • Hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri
Duties:
  • You will be given a contract to manage. The Reairs Administrators each have their own contracts to manage
  • Liaising with clients and residents
  • Booking appointments
  • Managing diary for the supervisors/operatives
  • Handling general queries from clients
  • Invoicing
  • This is a satisfying job role where you will manage your own client contracts and will see jobs through from inception to completion
Experience with construction admin is essential, maintenance/repairs admin experience would be ideal
