With a professional and innovative approach we lead the electrical contracting market providing comprehensive electrical compliance services to ensure the safety and efficiency of our clients electrical systems.What will I do in this roleAs a Cable Jointer youll be at the heart of our electrical network supporting both planned and emergency works on HV and LV systems. Your responsibilities will include:Carrying out jointing and cabling work on HV and LV networksResponding to emergency faults and participating in an out-of-hours standby rotaEnsuring work is completed safely efficiently and in line with industry regulationsInspecting and maintaining cable systems to ensure performance and complianceCollaborating with Project Managers Engineers and clients to deliver a seamless serviceMaintaining accurate records and adhering to SHEQ policiesRepresenting Enerveo with a focus on safety service and professionalismWhat do I need to be successfulTo be successful in this role youll need:DNO industry experience (UK ) with recognised jointing authorisation in LV/HV (11kV or 33kV)NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Power Networks CraftspersonA strong understanding of electrical systems and jointing techniquesFlexibility to work out of hours and be included on a standby rotaA full UK driving licenceDesirable qualifications and experience include:Experience working as an electricianUse of testing equipment and diagnostic toolsExcellent communication skills and a collaborative approachFamiliarity with various cable types and safety proceduresNice to haves:City & Guilds 2339-17 or 2304 (or equivalent)Emergency First Aid at WorkUKTA Asbestos AwarenessSSSTS (or equivalent)Confined Space TrainingPASMA / IPAFHere at Enerveo we know that some applicants dont apply unless they think they tick all the boxes- but we are saying dont worry We would much rather see your application than risk missing out on your potential We know our strength comes from our differences and shared life experiences so we are committed to offering a safe work environment where individuals are respected.What are the benefits for meWe know its not all about the money so why not take a look at ourbenefitsto see what we can offer youNext StepsAll applications should be submitted online and Ill be back in touch after the vacancy closing date to let you know the outcome.Please Note: This part of our business is currently in the process of being sold.
