This role is essential in supporting our billing function and ensuring accurate and timely processing of our monthly updates. Youll play a vital part in bridging the gap during our transition to the SIMPro system providing critical assistance.This is a fast-paced environment and youll have the opportunity to quickly learn and contribute. Youll work closely with experienced team members gaining valuable insights into our billing processes.Responsibilities include:Process and update billing data accurately and efficiently.Assist in the preparation and generation of monthly billing reports.Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Support the team during the transition to the SIMPro billing system.Assist with ad-hoc billing-related tasks as required.Skills required:Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP pivot tables data manipulation).Proven experience in data entry with exceptional accuracy.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Prior experience in a billing or finance-related role is a plusYour Objectives for the Contract:Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly billing updates.Contribute to a smooth transition during the SIMPro system migration.Maintain a high level of data accuracy and efficiency.Why work with usThe opportunity to work for an entrepreneurial CompanyFull training ongoing support and the tools you need to grow and develop in your roleWe are a company with a heart and who genuinely values and respects its employeesWho are weA new thing device or asset is connected to Wireless Logics cellular platform every 18 seconds of every day.
