**Hybrid working model 3 days office / 2 days home**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Associate HR Risk & Compliance Specialist for our client. Reporting to the HR Risk & Compliance Manager, this role will provide support with the administration and processing of Data Subject Access Requestsand GDPR queries, manage the Home Office sponsor license and right to work process, and provide first line support and advice for line managers, employees, and HR colleagues on visa and immigration matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice and guidance on visa and immigration
- Collaborate with HR team and external contacts to raise the profile of the team
- Input into new and updated policies, processes and documentation
- Monitor compliance with UKVI requirements and employment law
- Identify efficiencies and implement improvements

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of employment and immigration law
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
