Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and lets build whats next - togetherAs an Infrastructure Services Engineer you will play a handson role in designing deploying and automating our private cloud infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers. Youll contribute to maintaining our OpenStackbased environment implement tooling and help streamline platform operations across our global footprint.Your ImpactCollaborate with senior engineers to design and deploy OpenStack environments that meet our availability security and scalability requirementsBuild and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform Ansible and DockerContribute to automation initiativeswrite scripts develop playbooks and integrate tools that accelerate deployment and reduce manual effortAssist in defining and executing automated performance tests gathering metrics to inform capacity planningTroubleshoot and resolve daytoday infrastructure issues escalating complex problems as neededPartner with development and operations teams to understand platform needs and deliver reliable infrastructure solutionsMaintain clear documentation of systems configurations and runbooksYour SkillsExperience working with Linux systems in production or highavailability environmentsFamiliarity with OpenStack components (e.g. Nova Neutron Cinder) and basic operational tasks (provisioning scaling patching)Practical experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and AnsibleWorking knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker Kubernetes) and virtualization (KVM VMware)Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python Bash or similar)Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience integrating infrastructure changes into a pipelineBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent practical experienceDesired SkillsExposure to baremetal provisioning tools (Ironic MaaS)Handson use of observability platforms (Grafana Prometheus Splunk)Familiarity with public cloud services (AWS GCP Azure)Basic understanding of data center networking and security frameworks (NIST STIGs)OpenStack certification (e.g. Certified OpenStack Administrator)Our Commitment to Diversity Equity Inclusionand Belonging (DEIB) We believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
