**Role**:
This is an opportunity to lead the infrastructure team of a brilliant in house client. You will be leading a team of highly skilled engineers, who specialise in cloud, on prem and network infrastructure.

To provide leadership to the technical teams, as well as design delivery strategies for fully integrated services as part of a transformation programme.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring 3rd line work is managed in line with the SLA's, providing technical support where necessary.
- Owning the delivery and evolution of the technical team
- Providing first class support for colleagues, and taking charge of staff career development and growth
- Drive team performance
- Monitoring day to day activities of the team
- Managing relationships with partner vendors to ensure services are running seamlessly

**Experience Required**:

- Highly technical background
- Strong public cloud experience - Azure preferred
- Strong O365 experience
- Microsoft Stack focused
- Strong virtualisation experience, VMware, Hyper-V, from build to high availability clustering.

365 - VMWare - Hyperv - management - Powershell - SQL - Azure - Aws - Teams - Exchange - Microsoft - MS
