About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Account Director on a permanent, full-time basis to join our team. This position will be remote-based in the UK, with the requirement to travel domestically and internationally for business needs. The successful candidate will focus on maintaining and expanding strategic client relationships and overseeing client projects as part of account management.

Responsibilities

Your core duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Account Management:
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship, including project oversight, communication, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and sustain robust, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct strategic account reviews to discuss existing projects, evaluate progress, and identify future opportunities.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction and adjust strategies to improve service delivery, ensuring successful execution of projects related to client accounts.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze client data for better strategic planning and client interaction.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding business and enhancing the client relationship.
  • Resolve high-level client issues and conflicts, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven working experience in account management or relationship management.
  • Strong project oversight capabilities with the ability to manage client expectations and project deliverables.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
  • Preferable experience in NHS technology sector.
