As a Dry Lining Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of dry lining activities on our residential construction sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dry lining and a proven track record of supervising teams in a construction environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Management: Oversee daily operations of dry lining activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of dry liners, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets the required specifications and standards.
  • Health & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Material Management: Monitor and manage materials and resources to prevent wastage and ensure timely availability for ongoing work.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of work progress, incidents, and any issues, providing regular updates to project managers.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Dry Lining Supervisor in residential construction projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of dry lining techniques, materials, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • CSCS card holder (Supervisor level or higher) is preferred.
