Corporate Finance Manager

Our client is a highly successful Corporate Finance Boutique with a strong sector specialism, based south of Birmingham, that is seeing a strong period of growth. They are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Manager, potentially Associate Director, to assist in this growth. The role is fully hybrid with the requirements to come into the office only on an occasional basis, or more if someone wishes, so therefore the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the wider Midlands or beyond.


They are looking for a dynamic qualified Chartered Accountant with a few years post qualified experience in a deals environment, CF or potentially TS, who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance lead advisory. You will play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice.


You will be experienced in the key aspects of preparation for sale, preparation of financial information, financial modelling, business planning for a PE route; buyer research and pre screening; approaching selected buyers; help assess the bidders; aspects of the legal and completion processes.


As a Manager you will have a proven track record starting to take the lead on sell side transactions in particular. The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background, will probably have trained ACA within a medium/large firm. You will be articulate and a confident communicator, also with excellent writing skills.
