We’re looking for a Consumer Engagement Website Manager to lead the strategy, content, and optimisation of our regional consumer websites across the UK and Nordic markets.This is a key regional role where you’ll bring together creativity, data, and collaboration to ensure our websites are engaging, compliant, relevant, and future-fit for today’s consumers.🔑 What you’ll doLead the website strategy and roadmap across Northern Europe, aligning global direction with local market needs.Plan, execute, and optimise content — from global materials to locally tailored campaigns.Collaborate with creative agencies to localise campaigns and develop impactful, consumer-first content.Drive SEO and analytics, ensuring visibility, engagement, and continuous performance improvement.Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Legal, IT, Compliance) to deliver compliant and cohesive consumer experiences.Use data and consumer insights to guide decisions and identify new opportunities to improve user experience.Oversee content governance and work closely with global web and IT teams to ensure quality and innovation.💡 What you’ll bringStrong experience in digital marketing, website management, or consumer engagement roles.Proven expertise in website content strategy, SEO, and consumer experience optimisation.Strong project management skills — able to deliver complex, cross-market projects on time and to a high standard.Experience collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.Understanding of healthcare, regulated industries, or consumer transformation is a plus.A data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into meaningful digital improvements.🌱 Why join usYou’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how we connect with consumers across Northern Europe — ensuring every online interaction is insightful, intuitive, and inspiring.
