Consumer Engagement Website Manager

Hybrid | Global Healthcare Organisation

Are you passionate about creating meaningful digital experiences that truly connect with consumers? We're looking for a Consumer Engagement Website Manager to lead the strategy, content, and optimisation of our regional consumer websites across the UK and Nordic markets.

This is a key regional role where you'll bring together creativity, data, and collaboration to ensure our websites are engaging, compliant, relevant, and future-fit for today's consumers.


What you'll do

  • Lead the website strategy and roadmap across Northern Europe, aligning global direction with local market needs.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise content — from global materials to locally tailored campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to localise campaigns and develop impactful, consumer-first content.
  • Drive SEO and analytics, ensuring visibility, engagement, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Legal, IT, Compliance) to deliver compliant and cohesive consumer experiences.
  • Use data and consumer insights to guide decisions and identify new opportunities to improve user experience.
  • Oversee content governance and work closely with global web and IT teams to ensure quality and innovation.


What you'll bring

  • Strong experience in digital marketing, website management, or consumer engagement roles.
  • Proven expertise in website content strategy, SEO, and consumer experience optimisation.
  • Strong project management skills — able to deliver complex, cross-market projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Understanding of healthcare, regulated industries, or consumer transformation is a plus.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into meaningful digital improvements.
