This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and is eager to develop their career in purchasing and administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Process purchase orders accurately and maintain up-to-date recordsCommunicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operationsResolve invoice queries and discrepancies efficientlyProvide administrative support to the Purchasing Supervisor and ManagerTrack and ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesCandidate Profile:Previous experience in a purchasing procurement or administrative roleBasic understanding of purchasing processes; experience with MRP systems or other planning tools is highly desirableProficient in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas VLOOKUP pivot tables and general data manipulation)Strong organisational and communication skillsPositive team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable liaising with both internal teams and external suppliersJob Ref: EN977Hollyfield Personnel do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
