Are you passionate about making a difference in your local community Demelza is looking for a passionate and experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead the delivery of our Individual Giving and Legacy campaigns. In this pivotal role youll oversee the day-to-day operation of multi-channel fundraising initiatives including print digital and telephone and ensuring strategic goals and income targets are met. Youll manage a diverse portfolio that spans regular giving one-off donations payroll giving in-memory giving and legacies. This is your chance to develop further supporter engagement and grow sustainable income to help us continue providing extraordinary care to extraordinary children with serious or life-limiting conditions. Were seeking applicants with proven experience in managing end-to-end fundraising campaigns alongside a solid understanding of acquisition and retention strategies. Youll need to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at once delivering high-quality work while keeping timelines and targets on track.
