Business Development Executive - Telesales Salary: Competitive basic salary and uncapped comms package Hours: Up to 30hrs per week, Monday to Friday (part time / flexible working requests considered) Location : Based at the North East HQ inTeam Valley, Gateshead About Us : Agilico has a long standing client base spread across varying industry sectors with excellent reputation for service. Our product portfolio includes Managed Print Services, Document Management, Scanning Solutions, Outbound & Inbound Mail, Audio-Visual, Visitor Management and Software-driven telecoms products. The ideal candidate will require excellent communication skills coupled with a good understanding ofbusiness development/telesales ideally within a similar industry. The goal is to contribute toward sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success. The Role : As part of the existing business development team your remit will be to focus on creating leads via outbound telephone calls for new business opportunities in your assigned territories, introducing them to Agilico and building the initial relationships. You'll nurture these relationships before passing them across to the area sales team, working in collaboration to help us achieve our new business growth targets. Although a key focus will be on generating new business opportunities you'll also work with our existing clients to provide effective account management, whilst also raising awareness of our value add services. You will also be working alongside our marketing team on effective campaigns. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: To call potential customers with an aim to prospect for new business To demonstrate an ability to up-sell and cross-sell other products and services To gather market and customer information by acquiring interest and then collating the information from customers in order to create a sales opportunity Ensure all information gathered for any customer is managed efficiently within the CRM system To represent the business in a professional manner at all times Working as part of an experienced telesales team and reporting into the team leader To positively approach prospecting to maximise sales revenues, meet and exceed targets and KPIs that are set Building and maintaining a strong pipeline To attend training when required To adhere and promote the company values Experience & Qualifications Telesales experience B2B essential, experience within the managed print services sector would be advantageous Excellent relationship building skills and customer service excellence Experience of working with CRM systems essential Skillset Be able to generate business opportunities and approach prospects with confidence Good computer skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills Ability to show initiative and willingness to learn new sales techniques Benefits 23 days (rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 28 days), plus bank holidays Stakeholder pension scheme Healthcare Cash Plan Death in Service Cycle to work scheme Voucher & discount hubTPBN1_UKTJ
