Telesales Executive – Wedding Services Worldwide
Location: Flexible remote working - UK
Hours: Full-time or Part-time (opportunities between 2pm and 10pm GMT, Monday to Friday)

Wedding Services Worldwide specializes in creating luxury wedding venue brochures that elevate the profile of prestigious venues across the UK, Europe, and North America. Our bespoke print and digital publications are funded by local wedding industry advertisers, making them free for venues.
Join our friendly and motivated team as a Telesales Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in connecting wedding industry businesses with exciting advertising opportunities in our wedding venue publications. Your efforts will directly support our mission to "Elevate Venue Excellence" and help businesses shine in their local wedding markets.
The Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will:
Proactively contact businesses within the wedding industry from leads generated by our Marketing team and venue partnerships.
Offer businesses the opportunity to advertise in high-quality wedding venue brochures distributed to couples planning their big day.
Set appointments for our Sales Executives to close deals with advertisers.
Respond to inbound inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Use effective questioning to understand advertiser needs, presenting tailored advertising solutions.
Build strong relationships with potential advertisers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Accurately record call activity, sales leads, and pipeline data in our CRM system.
Handle objections professionally and overcome concerns to secure appointments.
Ensure all interactions reflect the WSW brand, delivering a positive and trustworthy experience.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience in an advertising telesales role.
Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
A strong customer-centric mindset with good listening and adaptability.
Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A positive attitude and enthusiasm for representing the WSW brand.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing leads and CRM data.
