Reporting to the Head of Account Management the Account Manager will play a crucial role within Nourish Care. As a current market leader with over 400000 service users receiving support Nourish Care provides a digital solution to the health and social care sector which enhances the process of recording analysing and sharing of information.About the JobWe are experiencing an incredible pace of growth with an increased need for additional people to join the existing business team in supporting our clients with any additional products from our portfolio they may benefit from aligning their digital vision with or product a highly specialised and experienced team to identify convert and nurture new opportunities for the company. The role and your responsibilities Actively engage generate manage and close new opportunities Forecasting Manage and maintain accurate opportunity tracking data and quarterly forecasts Understand and map the digital roadmap of each named account Attend and support customer-facing Business Reviews together with a Customer Success Manager Manage a Portfolio of Accounts Produce and maintain account plans Maintain complete and accurate CRM data Engage and expand the contact book for each client Promote new products together with Product Marketing Work cross-functionally with customer success sales product and support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experiencePersonal Profile A passion for how we care for people in society. Clinical experience desirable A process mindset able to design effective ways of working for our team The intellect to solve problems and find a way to achieve your goals A strong work ethic always able to organise effectively work within a team and take accountability for your own actions and results A consultative approach with excellent active listening skills a humble style and a willingness to learn Required experience Proven experience in a SaaS Sales role (Account Management/Account Executive) Willingness to learn methodical organised and sharp attention to detail. Results driven ambitious and remarkably confident. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Full UK Drivers license. Track record and demonstrable consistent and strong sales results in comparable industries Advanced experience with CRM and MS Office suite.
