RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build customer relationships to encourage sales and develop business
  • Work as part of a collaborative, friendly team to achieve high standards of business excellence
  • Liaise confidently with existing and new customers, over the phone and email
  • Provide a seamless and outstanding customer service to support with queries, quotations and orders
  • Ensure customers are proactively managed and regularly contacted
  • Acquire and build a knowledge and understanding of company services

  • You'll have experience in developing relationships and promoting services using a consultative approach
  • We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for identifying new sales opportunities and a passion for excellence

  • You'll be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn and able to work as a team with a willingness to learn
