About the Role

As General Manager, youll take the helm of a vibrant, inclusive venue catering to a broad and diverse guest demographic. Your mission will be to lead a high-performing team, create a memorable guest experience, and drive revenue growth through exceptional service, innovative offerings, and effective operational management.

Youll also play a key role in shaping the venues evolving offer, contributing creative ideas to enhance its appeal and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-energy team, fostering a positive, growth-focused culture.
  • Drive revenue by delivering outstanding guest experiences and innovative programming.
  • Oversee all aspects of venue operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to grow team members skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine and evolve the venues offerings.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
