As General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations, inspire a dedicated team, and ensure guests enjoy an unparalleled experience in this one-of-a-kind venue.

About the Venue:

Located in a landmark building steeped in history, this venue combines architectural grandeur with a vibrant, contemporary offering. Featuring a mix of elegant dining areas, private event spaces, and a sophisticated bar, the venue is a hub for memorable occasions and excellent service.

Your Role:
  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience, from the warm welcome to the last farewell.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of operations, including F&B service, events, and maintenance of this historic space.
  • Drive Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze P&Ls to ensure profitability.
  • Engage the Community: Build strong relationships with guests, partners, and local stakeholders to enhance the venues reputation.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve offerings and create unique guest experiences.
About You:
  • Experience: Proven track record as a General Manager or senior operational leader in a premium hospitality setting.
  • Leadership: Inspirational and supportive, with the ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Guest-Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  • Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of operations.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable managing a multi-faceted venue that combines dining, events, and bar service.
