Duties:

  • Manage inbound and outbound stock
  • Use the computer software to register and track materials, ensuring a seamless operations
  • Take charge of warehouse inventory and ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Work towards compliance and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Handle loading, unloading, and delivery of products, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment of orders
  • Ad-hoc driving for deliveries when required

Requirements:

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office packages
  • Previous experience in a warehouse role
  • Maintain brilliant customer service skills
  • Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Hold a full clean driving license, ready to deliver to customers
  • A forklift license would be preferred, but not a deal-breaker
