Logistics Operations Manager

Join our team as a Logistics Controller Administrator and take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing production lineside inventory, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials, and collaborating with various departments to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage production lineside inventory to ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and address potential or actual shortages to minimize stockouts
- Participate in policy deployment and contribute to the development of our logistics organization
- Ensure effective communication and maintain accurate records
- Implement and maintain housekeeping standards to improve operating efficiency
- Apply continuous improvement tools and techniques to eliminate waste and improve processes
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvement
- Detailed understanding of logistics and associated processes
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in automotive serial production
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using MRP, warehousing systems, and SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
