We believe we are one of the few firms in the UK/Europe acting for both lenders and borrowers/funds in equal measure due to our Financial Institution and Asset Management sector focus.What we are looking forWe are seeking to hire an Associate or Supervising Associate (2-4 PQE) who can be based either in either our London or Bristol office.The ideal candidate will have a range of funds finance experience - capital call hybrid general partner management fee co-invest and NAV/asset backed facilities ideally acting for both lenders and sponsors / borrowers.You will also have experience with fund structures and partnership documents and the ability to work on transactions as part of a team in a friendly collegiate environment.Person specificationExcellent academics technically excellent with strong drafting skillsApplicants will have a minimum of 2 PQE with strong Fund Finance experience gained at a leading City practice.Strong client focus with an ability and willingness to get actively involved in marketing and business development.Commercially driven.Able to work effectively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.Here at Simmons & SimmonsSimmons & Simmons is a place where dynamic minds thrive.
