Now with a strong presence in the market, they need an experienced eComm expert with a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a strategic mindset to drive cost reductions and efficiencies across the wider business and their inhouse marketplace.
Salary £35k - £40k + 10% bonus | Hybrid 3 days in Cheshire
What you’ll be doing:
- Keep the brand’s online store running smoothly.
- Ensure orders are filled correctly and delivered on time.
- Work with other teams to give customers a great experience.
- Track how well the online store is doing and make improvements.
- Create clear instructions for everyone.
- Work with suppliers, factories, and delivery companies to get what you need.
- Manage how products get where they need to go and keep track of supplies.
- Find ways to optimise processes and ROI without reducing product quality or customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a strict adherence to the regulatory requirements
- Develop plans to make things run smoother and cheaper for both the store and product division.
- Ensure alignment is achieved across all core teams.
- Use data to figure out the best decisions for the business.
- Manage budgets, predict how much of something will be needed, and allocate resources effectively.
- Identify and fix any problems in processes
Core skills needed to succeed:
- MUST HAVE: exposure to the FMCG market with a particular focus on drinks & beverages
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field in business operations or logistics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce fulfilment, production logistics, or a combination of both.
- Demonstrated success in managing intricate supply chains and optimising operational workflows.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to leverage data insights for informed decision-making.
- Superior organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and inventory management software systems.
- Working knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
