They now need a practical, safety-minded Maintenance Operative to keep multiple locations in excellent working order. The Role You'll carry out general maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across several storage sites in the Newport area. Expect a mix of electrical, plumbing, roofing, and building fabric work. Some days it's a roof inspection; others, fixing lighting or managing contractors. This is a hands-on role where you'll split time between working solo and collaborating with a small, close-knit team.
