Maintenance Plumber Dale Building Maintenance Ltd are a specialist property maintenance company. We have a local regional business in Southamptonas well as operational offices in Devon, Cornwall & Bristol and South Wales . We have been in business since 1986 and provide maintenance and repair service to a variety of customers ranging from Blue Chip Retail Clients, Housing Associations, Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies and Domestic households. Due to the award of new contracts we are now seeking to expand our directly employed workforce and require time served well experienced Maintenance Plumber to be in and around the Bristolarea. BENFITS Excellent salary / hourly rates Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours payment per week There is usually overtime of 5 10 hours per week but this is not guaranteed Emergency out of hours call outs at enhanced rates working on a rota basis 20 days annual paid holidays 8 days public paid holidays Pension scheme in operation Free issue of company uniform & PPE Mobile Phone Company van Fuel card Secure employment with a reputable company which has been operating for over 36years Working for a company which still has family values at its core YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Building Works Ability to carry out additional trades i.e., multi-skilled Possess a can do attitude Good time keeping An ability to work on own initiative Good communicator Available on a rota basis for out of hours emergency call outs Good administration skills IT skills use of hand held device This is a rare, fully employed role and we may close applications early, due to the volume of applications received.
