Contracts Manager M&E MaintenanceWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial clients. This position plays a key role in ensuring all contracted works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual, financial, and quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end performance of multiple maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIsAct as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfactionOversee PPM, reactive maintenance, and minor project delivery across M&E and HVAC disciplinesMonitor contract financials, including budgeting, forecasting, margin control, and reportingLead and support engineering teams, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor managementEnsure all works comply with statutory requirements, H&S legislation, and company proceduresConduct site audits, contract reviews, and performance meetingsIdentify opportunities for contract growth, additional works, and service improvementsPrepare reports, proposals, and necessary documentationSkills & ExperienceProven experience as a Contracts Manager (or similar role) within an M&E or HVAC maintenance environmentStrong technical understanding of M&E and HVAC systemsExcellent communication, client management, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple contracts and teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong commercial awareness and experience managing contract budgetsKnowledge of compliance requirements and health & safety standardsFull UK driving licenceWhat’s On OfferTotal earnings £66,000 - £91,000Base salary £50,000–£75,000 (DOE)Gross profit bonus – typically £10,000£6,000 car allowance28 days holiday + Christmas shutdown + bank holidaysGenuine organic progression within a growing business
