Principal Solution Engineer â Demo Content

The Global Demo Operations teams (U4ia) primary role is to build manage and deliver first class environments to allow the solution consultants to have the best tools available to deliver great demos The team is also heavily involved with new product releases testing and advice to Product Engineering Customer Success Industry Models Buyer Enablement and Marketing.Our Solution Consulting teams across Unit4 are one of the most important go-to-market functions that we have without whom we simply would not be able to execute in the field. The U4ia team are responsible for providing the central support and infrastructure required to enable global growth in Unit4 support sales and to embed consistency in our solution messages.What you will doYour role as a Principal Solution Engineer Demo Content you are the link between the U4ia team building and maintaining our global demo environments and the wider team of Solution Consultants demoing our solutions. It will coverBe able to translate technology to persona-based demo content.Ensuring all new releases have easy to follow content for solution consultants including click-path scripts videos and PowerPoints.Carry out reviews of the system to ensure various demo scenarios have the correct data to provide great demos.Where changes are needed drive these through Development Sprints.Produce content following the system reviews to showcase the change for solution consultants.Align with the GreatDemo methodology and build this into demo content.Maintain the Global Demo Operations Repository to allow SCs to pick up topics easier and deliver out of the box demos or have the starting point for more detailed ones.Maintain and increase the Persona SharePoint content pages that are held within Global Demo Operations.Produce and present monthly Show and Tell content to showcase the monthly newsletter and bring the latest releases to life.Be a valuable member of the U4ia Leadership Team influencing the roadmap and planning sessions; and help drive the future of the U4ia team.Work alongside Product and Marketing to ensure the persona-based stories are aligned between all functions within Unit4.Ensure (and challenge) whether what the U4ia team produces is usable by solution consultants.Work with the Solution Engineers to ensure the demo environments are up to date available and being actively used by solution consultants for demonstrations. Be a valued team member working alongside other members of the U4ia team and the wider Solution Consulting team.Ensure we have demo scenarios and data for solution presentations in all our priority countries which show our value in the PSO Public Sector and NonProfit markets and which resonate with our customers.Support the U4ia management in driving adoption of the demo scrips within the wider SC community.Your focus will be on Unit4 ERP but you may also be required to produce content and choreograph demos for other products (e.g. FP&A U4FbC Talent) which showcase our solutions.You will help educate the wider solution consulting team on our product demonstration materials key messaging language and tone.Your approachThis is a critical role for Unit4 globally and as such you will be emotionally intelligent and able to support the creation of structure and process around our solution consulting demo infrastructure. It is critical that you have experience of solution consulting to help guide content. You are commercially aware and able to speak to internal and external customers at all levels. You are invested in working closely with the solution engineers product marketing and product management to enable sales and solution consulting to understand and build our company identity. You keep up to date with our product direction.Qualifications : We askYou are experienced in ERP software.You are experienced in solution consulting.To meet our customers business requirements you have a solid understanding of general financial and HCM business processes.It is preferrable that you have knowledge of GreatDemo Methodology and Value Based Selling underpinning the value and outcomes driven approach that we take.You love interacting with other people and helping them work smarter and more efficiently.You have strong business analysis skills as well as business acumen.Additional Information : We are a people-first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
