Senior Kitchen Sales DesignerSalary from £40,000 - £40,000 per annum (subject to experience) + uncapped commission OTE £100k+Vogue Kitchens (est. 1998) specialises in the design and installation of luxury German Leicht Kitchens and Italian Cesar Kitchens. This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team as a Senior Kitchen Sales Designer at our Northwood Showroom.The successful candidate will join our team in the showroom dealing with retail customers, architects, and interior designers. A solid background in kitchen sales is essential, along with experience using Winner Compusoft, excellent customer service skills, organisational skills, creative flair with the ability to plan and constantly be one step ahead of the game. Being a target driven sale role, you will have a proven track record in Kitchen Sales and manage your own leads to ensure you are rewarded by the competitive commission structure offered. Responsibilities:Providing exceptional service welcoming high-end luxury clients to the showroom.Show clients around the showroom and explore our range of products.Ensure all leads (walk-in, online, telephone) are contacted and followed up in a timely manner for consultations.Clearly explain our design/installation process, key documents, financials with customers and ensure all details collected are accurate.After taking consultations, produce high quality 3D kitchen renders and accurate quotations for your client presentation.Presenting to clients in the showroom (including utilising our VR technologies)Review and update your projects on our internal team system.Ensuring all paperwork, including kitchen plans and contract are fully signed by the customer and copies are provided post-sale.Order processing and preparing service plans for our in-house surveyor and clients.Working with Managing Director to establish sales objectives and generate sales in line with our Showroom’s targets.Requirements:Over 5 years experience is essential.Previous experience using Winner Design – Compusoft.Share a portfolio of your previous design work.A proven track record in kitchen sales.Excellent sales and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.Should be familiar with luxury appliances such as Sub Zero, Gaggenau, Miele and Siemens.Strong creativity skills to come up with show-stopping designs with functionality.Be a team player.Must be comfortable commuting full time to the Showroom based in Northwood, London.Working hours:Monday - Saturday 9:00am – 5:30pm (With a day off midweek)*Please note this is not a hybrid roleShowrooms:Vogue Kitchens – 11 Clive Parade, 50 Green Lane, Northwood, HA6 2QF Website:www.voguekitchens.co.uk
