Telecare Welfare Responder Location: Gloucestershire (must be able to attend service user homes within 45 minutes) Salary: £12.60 - between hours 6am - 10pm. £15.12 - between 10pm - 6am (inclusive of 20% night working allowance) plus £20 standby allowance Hours: Zero Hours - Must be flexible 24/7 on a rota system available to select your working shifts. The British Red Cross is looking for a compassionate and reliable Telecare Welfare Responder to join our dedicated team in Gloucestershire. What does the role involve? You'll be part of a 24/7 response service, providing practical and emotional support to adults in their own homes who use Telecare alarms. Working on a flexible shift pattern, you'll respond to alerts and attend service users' homes within 45 minutes, offering reassurance, safety checks, and help accessing further support.
