Role: Manufacturing Manager Location: Downham Market Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Package Monday – Friday (Days) Total Search Partners are working with Dorplan, to add in a newly created Manufacturing Manager role to their rapidly growing team. Dorplan offer a comprehensive range of 3rd-party accredited doorset solutions, combined with first-class project management and support services. The Manufacturing Manager oversees the entire manufacturing function, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This role involves managing production, quality, health and safety, and logistics teams, optimising manufacturing systems, and driving innovation and efficiency across operations. This role requires a big thinker (and deliverer), the businesses has realistic ambitions to double it’s turnover in the next 3 years, and needs a senior leadership team with the desire and ability to drive manufacturing excellence.
