You will primarily play a key role in shaping the development of our Fraud and Interventions processes and systems which are responsible for the operational delivery of our Counter Fraud and Error Management service.You will explore opportunities to develop and implement detective and preventative controls engaging with a variety of colleagues to shape the evolution of our service offering driving continuous improvement at each stage. There will also be the opportunity to work collaboratively with teams from across the wider unit and agency.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesCritically evaluating the current systems and processes related to Counter Fraud and Error Management to identify opportunities for improvement.Critically reviewing change requests and business cases for change to ensure that Counter Fraud and Error Management needs and impacts are considered.Working with other functions/teams to influence changes in systems and processes from a Counter Fraud and Error Management perspective.Working with Technical Support teams to resolve issues which pertain to the Counter Fraud and Error Management systems and processes when issues arise.Developing and managing effective working relationships with key stakeholders focusing on clear and regular communication which clarifies mutual needs and commitments through consultation and consideration of impacts while focusing on the end-user needs.QualificationsSuccess ProfilesWe use an assessment framework called Success Profiles which lists the elements we test and provides detailed descriptions of each.
