As our new Sales Manager for Corporate sector, your role is to support and lead a team of high-performance sales professionals to hit revenue targets and meet customer needs. Additionally, you will be accountable for cultivating and strengthening relationships with our key accounts, as well as identifying and qualifying new opportunities. You will assume responsibility for executing the sales strategy for revenue growth and client services for Crayon UK Corporate sector.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Through your team, execute sales strategies to identify, qualify and close sales within the Crayon services portfolio working with direct customers in the corporate sector
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, pipelines, and revenue targets with Internal and vendor stakeholders
  • Communicate strategic direction to the team by translating it and implementing it into feasible actions, through account plans, partner optimization and retention strategies
  • Provide day-to-day operational guidance to the team, by working hands-on and leading by example
  • Assess business opportunities and discuss strategic impact on financial investments communicated on management level


Your Competencies:

  • More than 5 years of experience in IT B2B sales with a good understanding of the IT landscape and a proven track record of results
  • Knowledgeable with previous experience working within licensing and or cloud, ideally Microsoft or AWS, as well as managed services
  • Broad experience in all parts of Sales Management
  • Existing network within the corporate ecosystem is considered advantageous

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills at all business levels
