The post holder will ensure the safe and effective running of the dispensary, meeting the organisation’s timeframes for medication dispatch.Role Duties:Help perform basic prescription checks on patient's name, drug name and strength, dosage form and prescriber's authenticity on the prescriptionAssisting with downloading and redact prescriptions from FP10 InboxHelp order medication according to prescriptions received and raise relevant Purchase OrdersHelp complete any tasks related to Purchase OrdersAssisting with dispensing and labelling medications correctlyQualification/Experience for Role:GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferredDesire to complete NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant / Pharmacy Dispensary preferredExperience within relevant Pharmacy settingExperience working within a busy and productive teamExperience using MS OfficeAbout MamedicaA private clinic, with linked pharmacy, which specialises in assisting patients who may not have found satisfactory results for their conditions via their existing medications.We work with consultants specialising within pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care and cancer, so our patients can receive their prescribed medication directly to their door, via next-day delivery service.Our prescribed medicines are produced and manufactured according to the pharmaceutical-grade EU-GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice.)Additional Information:We may receive a higher-than-anticipated number of applications for this role, such that it may not always be possible to provide individual feedback to all applications.Applicant shortlisting and interviews may be taking place whilst the role is still being advertised, which may mean that this advert may close sooner than expected.
